操作定義
The total number of complaints made based on the Sex Discrimination Ordinance (SDO), the Disability Discrimination Ordinance (DDO) and the Family Status Discrimination Ordinance (FSDO) for investigation and conciliation. Since there was no such kind of ordinance before 1996, and there was no other mechanism in tracking cases related to diversity-related social conflict, figures for years before 1996 cannot be found.
