Operational Definitions
The average of usage rates of facilities including athletic tracks, bowling greens, hockey pitch (artificial turf), indoor games halls (arena), rugby pitch (natural turf) soccer pitches (natural turf), soccer pitches (artificial turf) squash courts, tennis courts managed by Urban Council and indoor recreation center, soccer pitches, hard-surfaced soccer pitches, squash courts, tennis courts, sports centers, holiday camp and water sports center managed by Regional Council.
